Sivivi offers standard shipping and express shipping options to worldwide.Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow tracking numbers at least 48 hours to update.

It will take 1-5 business days to process your order after confirmation, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout.

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee weekends and holidays delivery, even if your shipping is upgraded to express.

Shipping time varies based on several factors, including the shipping speed selected at checkout, the item, the item's location, the item's availability, the shipping address and our carrier partners. Weather, carrier delays and other unforeseen circumstances also might impact delivery time.

1.Where do you ship from?

We are a global procurement company that specializes in worldwide shipping from our network of warehouses. To ensure timely delivery, we will ship your order from the warehouse of the responsible supplier near to your country. In the event that the desired product is out of stock at that warehouse, we will swiftly relocate it to another warehouse and ship it from there. Therefore,your orders may be shipped from different countries. Thank you for your inquiry and understanding.

2.How can I track my package?

Once an order has been shipped out, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation Email, including your Tracking Number. To check the status of your package, please click on the link and it will redirect you to USPS or other shipping vendor's website. This function allows you to track your package using the tracking code provided in the email.

3.Shipping on Public Holidays?

l Our delivery partners may not deliver your order on a public holiday. If your order is placed on a Public Holiday it will not be processed and dispatched until the next business day.

l During National and State specific public holidays or busy sale periods you may experience a delay in receiving your order.

4.How Can I Change My Delivery Address?

Did you enter the wrong address? We can absolutely help change this for you! Provided your order has not shipped already, please send us the new address details and we can change this over for you as soon as possible.

If your order has been shipped, don’t panic! You can still redirect it via the tracking link we provide on your shipping confirmation email.

5.Are there any customs/import fees?

We do not pay for any extra fees such as customs/import fees, but we almost never hear from any customers about paying for extra customs/import fees.
